MAPPING CI
This is a discussion space to explore who and what we think should be included in "collective intelligence as a field of study and practice" -- even even if people involved in those aspects of CI don't speak of themselves in those terms. For example, many dialogue practitioners don't think of what they are doing as a facet of "collective intelligence", but that doesn't negate the role of dialogue in generating collective intelligence.
This is also a space to explore relationships among the varieties of -- and approaches to -- collective intelligence.
Ultimately, we hope to discover/develop one or more maps of the field -- which could be inclusive, coherent frames of reference, models or "pattern languages", or just simply lists -- which most or all of us can agree adequately embrace(s) us all.
