Scales / System Levels of Human CI - This list has been effectively included in Tom Atlee's chapter. Can be deleted.
FAQ - this describes the previous incarnation of CIC. Would have to be completely rewritten, if there is to be a FAQ at all. I'd prefer to see a very short, one page FAQ with perhaps 8 questions on it.
CI-related Fields of Study and Practice - covered in Atlee's paper.
